TKDSAC Market + Zine Release @ In Sheep’s Clothing Hifi
The Kids Don’t Stand A Chance (Jan 28, 2023) was a community market and zine release party curated and produced by Roma Edwards at In Sheep’s Clothing Hifi featuring vinyl DJ’s, photographers, fashion designers, CD vendors, and zine vendors. The event celebrated the release of Roma’s zine, also called The Kids Don’t Stand A Chance. Through articles, photo essays, and interviews featuring prominent and underground artists, this zine explores the resurgence of so-called "Indie Sleaze" through a critical lens, and celebrates current subcultural youth scenes in LA and New York.
